We accept all major credit cards. Payments with a card go through the Borguns’ secure payment page. Fotia never receives credit card information from customers.

If an order is not paid for within 24 hours it will be made invalid.


If sold products do not meet customers expectations, they are welcome to contact Fotia at [email protected] We offer a refund or product exchange. The costumer must notify Fotia within 14 days to return a product, and have a receipt for the original purchase.


All domestic orders are shipped with The Iceland Post within two business days of payment.

You can also choose to pick up an order at our store in Iceland and it is possible to do so as soon as the payment has been received.

Once an order has left Fotia it can be expected to take 4-7 business days for The Iceland Post to deliver the package.
For countries outside the EU, it could take up to 10 business days.

If a customer paid for a warranty delivery the package will be delivered to the customer’s neighboring post office. This also applies to packages that are too large to fit through a mail hatch.

Fotia slf. is not responsible for customers not having properly marked mailboxes or mail hatches. In cases where labelling is insufficient, The Iceland Post will return the package and the customer will be billed for the incidental expenses. Customers are encouraged to have names and addresses as detailed as possible when ordering.

Fotia is not responsible for orders lost in the general mail of The Iceland Post (free delivery). It is recommended that you purchase a warranty for your order so that there is no loss of goods with The Iceland Post.
